The Single Cycle Valve for the Bioruptor® controls the water flow between the Bioruptor® Pico / Bioruptor® Plus and the water cooler. Cold water cycles into the Bioruptor® sonication bath only during the off cycle (no sonication) and is stopped during the on cycle (sonication). This reduces any water flow disturbance in the tank and allows for more efficient sonication of samples.
