Protein extraction from tissues is the first step for many biochemical and analytical techniques (PAGE, Western blotting, mass spectrometry, etc.) or protein purification. Diagenode’s Bioruptors® used in combination with the Protein Extraction beads (diameter < 1 mm) ensure efficient disruption, homogenization and high yields of proteins from tissues.
